• Click on "Members Validation" under the "Our Members" menu.

• Enter your membership number and click "Continue" to verify your membership status.

• While logged in, click on "Make Payment."

• Choose between Paypal (online payment) or Bank Deposit (manual payment).

• Enter the payment amount and proceed.

• Online payments (Paypal) update automatically, while bank deposits require you to input a payment reference for verification.

• Navigate to "My Profile" in your dashboard.

• Make the necessary updates and click "Submit and Update."

• Note: You cannot change your name or membership number—contact Admin for assistance with these fields.

To reset your password:

• Go to your profile and click on "Reset Password."

• Enter your old password and new password.

• Click "Submit and Update" to save changes.

To log in, visit www.citnna.org, click on "Member Login" under the "Our Members" menu, enter your membership number and password (your default password is your membership number, but you are advised to change it upon first login).
