PROFILE: PRINCE HENRY OLADEINDE OLAIDE, FCTI
Prince Henry Olaide is a distinguished Certified Accountant and seasoned Tax Practitioner with over three decades of experience in accounting, taxation, and management. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in both corporate companies and public accounting, consistently demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and organizational success. Known for his servant-leadership style and excellent communication skills, Prince Henry has played a key role in guiding executive teams toward achieving strategic objectives and driving business growth.
He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from Lagos State University, Lagos, and qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant in 1997. In 2008, he was elevated to Fellowship status within the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Prince Henry is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, further enhancing his expertise in business and finance.
In the early stages of his career, Prince Henry Olaide served as the Financial Controller at Eko Hotels Limited, one of Nigeria’s most renowned hospitality establishments. His extensive experience there laid the foundation for his later entrepreneurial and consulting roles. As Managing Partner at Royalbrooks & Associates, a prominent tax consultancy firm, he provided strategic advisory services to the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) and numerous private companies, enhancing his reputation as a trusted consultant in both tax and management.
In 2013, Prince Henry Olaide relocated to the United States, where he has continued to expand his expertise. Over the years, he has worked with public accounting firms as well as Fortune 500 companies, sharpening his skills in global financial practices. Currently, he serves as an Accountant at Enlink Midstream Operating LP, a publicly traded company in the oil and gas midstream sector. In addition to this role, he runs a successful private accounting, tax, and business advisory firm based in Texas, where he provides tailored services to clients seeking sound financial and tax solutions.
Prince Olaide is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and strongly believes in the principles of excellence, effectiveness, and efficiency. His professional philosophy is grounded in delivering results that not only meet but exceed client expectations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organizations he serves.
Outside of his professional life, Prince Henry Olaide is a dedicated family man, happily married with three children. His family provides him with the balance and inspiration to continue his pursuit of excellence both in his career and personal life.
In his spare time, Prince Olaide is passionate about lawn tennis, a sport he has enjoyed for many years.
